Project Overview

State of Play Hospitality operates an entertainment and hospitality concept in New York City built around social darts. Our team delivered the venue's complete AV and low-voltage integration together with IT consulting.

Client Challenge

The concept depends on technology that guests never think about: cameras that read the board, screens at every playing area that show scores instantly, and a network that keeps all of it in sync across a busy venue. Everything had to be permanent, durable in a bar environment and simple for staff to operate.

AV and Technology Solution

Camera systems were integrated with the venue's score-tracking platform so each playing area feeds its own display in real time. Displays were mounted and cabled as permanent installations, with control systems to manage sources and the venue's AV from a central point. A dedicated network and structured cabling plant underpins the cameras, displays and point-of-operation systems so the experience does not depend on consumer-grade equipment.

Results

A permanently installed, operator-friendly technology environment that is part of the venue rather than an add-on — an example of how commercial AV integration extends beyond conference rooms into interactive commercial spaces.
